Your Main Source Of Information As We Reopen Our Presentation Centre

Hello, Shining Hill clients and friends!

We’re delighted that the doors of our Presentation Centre will be open as of May 30, 2020. However, we will continue to offer virtual appointments for those that prefer an online experience. As we reopen, additional health and safety precautions will be put into place to protect everyone’s well-being. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time as we become accustomed to these new operating procedures. If we work together, everything will run smoothly for our clients and team members. 

To minimize risk and ensure that everyone is seen promptly, we’ve instituted these new precautionary measures seen below. If you have any questions, please contact us before your Presentation Centre visit. 

COVID-19 safety protocols in effect upon reopening at Shining Hill

	Controlled entry in order to limit capacity.
	Hand sanitizer and gloves are available upon entry.
	Sanitization of surfaces after each group.
	Our staff will wear masks. We ask that visitors please bring their own mask and put it on before entering. Shining Hill can supply disposable masks for those that don't have one.
	Presentation Centre will be professionally cleaned and disinfected regularly after hours.
	Paperless and contactless offers are available.
	Bathrooms will not be available for use.
	Social distancing signage to remind and direct visitors.
